LATAM Senior QA Automation Engineer

Demonstrable proficiency with desired technologies and tools Deep expertise in developing and maintaining end-to-end test frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, and/or Selenium (TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python) for web applications Deep expertise in developing and maintaining end-to-end test frameworks using Appium (Java/Python) for mobile (iOS and Android) testing Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration of automated tests using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps, including parallel execution, test reporting, and environment management Experience testing up a test automation framework from scratch 5-8 years professional experience in relevant technology and projects Ongoing adherence of best practices Leading and executing automated testing for web and mobile applications Leveraging industry-standard tools to ensure optimal product quality across all stages of the software development lifecycle Experience presenting to client stakeholders Experience communicating technical and business value Experience understanding and articulating the business outcomes that your development projects impact Experience with coaching and mentoring, demonstrated through ad-hoc collaboration and structured code reviews May include intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience Values Alignment: We Care Deeply, Always Deliver, Never Settle, Do It Together, Own the Outcome, and approach every situation with a CAN DO mentality
