Provide day-to-day legal guidance to HR and business leaders on global employment law matters Draft, review, and update employment agreements, policies, handbooks, and HR procedures Manage and advise on workplace investigations Partner with global HR teams to drive consistent application of employment policies Support strategic HR initiatives including workforce planning and ESG efforts Monitor changes in employment laws across multiple jurisdictions Develop and deliver training to HR and management on employment law topics Advise the business with respect to employee benefits, compliance, and leave-of-absence regulations Manage complex litigation (including employment litigation), regulatory matters, and/or region-specific challenges Manage and support cross-functional projects such as compensation updates and contingent workforce compliance
