At least 2 years of experience within a B2B DeFi company Experience selling technical DeFi solutions Web3 native, actively using DeFi protocols Good knowledge of DeFi/finance concepts (impermanent loss, Uniswap v3, LVR, deep liquidity, arbitrage, MEV) Track record of managing partnerships, closing deals, and overachieving revenue goals Comfortable in fast-paced environments with ambitious targets Excellent communication and sales skills Strong organizational and time management skills, proactive personality
