7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, market research, consulting, insights, or related roles. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience leading research programs—including qualitative, quantitative, and secondary methodologies. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex inputs and develop actionable recommendations. Experience managing research vendors, projects, timelines, and budgets. Familiarity with research tools, data visualization platforms, and syndicated data sources. Excellent communication and presentation skills and comfort presenting to senior executives. Experience in the youth sports industry is a plus.
