Staff DevOps Engineer, DevInfra

5+ years of production experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Developer Productivity role. Deep expertise in modern CI/CD including designing, building, and scaling complex pipelines and developer automation. Production experience with build systems and toolchains spanning multiple languages (e.g., Kotlin, Go, Rust, Python). Advanced scripting and development skills for building automation and internal tools using Go, Python, or Bash. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management experience using tools like Terraform. Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerization. Experience building artifacts in a monorepo, specifically using Bazel (highly desired). Experience managing and securing Kafka and Postgres at scale (highly desired). Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio (highly desired).

Build and refine CI/CD pipelines for services written in Kotlin, Go, Rust, and Python. Develop and maintain internal tools and automation to simplify developer workflows, manage dependencies, and standardize deployments on Kubernetes. Act as a developer experience advocate by eliminating friction in the engineering workflow. Take ownership of projects in a fast-paced startup environment. Build tools and automation to enhance developer productivity and team speed.
