Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience. 5+ years of experience in medium and/or low voltage equipment, field service, applications engineering, or technical training. Strong understanding of power distribution equipment and basic power system concepts. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering technical training for diverse audiences. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with common training tools and productivity software (e.g., PowerPoint, LMS platforms).
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and deliver technical training curricula for medium and low voltage OEM products. Conduct instructor-led classroom, virtual, and on-site training sessions. Create training materials including slide decks, instructor guides, and participant workbooks. Partner with engineering, product management, and service teams for content accuracy. Assess training needs and translate identified gaps into structured training solutions. Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Support onboarding programs with role-specific technical training. Maintain accurate training records. Ensure all training emphasizes electrical safety, codes, and standards. Assist with creation of customer-facing technical documentation.
