Legal Operations Lead, CLM & Technology

5+ years of experience in legal operations or legal technology management in a high-growth tech company or similar. Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders. Hands-on experience administering Ironclad, including workflow configuration, template management, and troubleshooting. Experience implementing AI tools or automation in a legal context. Ability to translate operational problems into structured, scalable solutions grounded in technology and process design. Clear and empathetic communication skills.

Maintain and optimize legal team's tooling ecosystem, focusing on CLM (Ironclad) and AI-tools. Serve as primary administrator for Ironclad, managing workflow configuration, templates, and integrations. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement technology-driven solutions. Design streamlined, technology-enabled legal processes and build systems for tracking KPIs. Partner with legal leadership and cross-functional teams on scalable systems design.
