Requirements
- Personal exit or sale experience is preferred.
- Prior business consulting or coaching experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with exit strategy or M&A is preferred.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in tools like Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Experience in a client-facing role or a genuine passion for engaging with customers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with particularly strong phone presence.
- A true interest in entrepreneurship and business growth.
- Proactive, driven, competitive, and committed to achieving objectives.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with business owners to uncover opportunities and implement proven strategies.
- Guide clients through 1:1 sessions using a proprietary system.
- Help clients achieve goals related to scaling for growth or preparing for a sale.
