Accounting Manager

5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment. Proficient in NetSuite. Experience with multi-state sales tax. Understand GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606). Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and comfortable running with projects from start to finish. Care about scalable systems and are always looking to improve processes. Enjoy cross-functional collaboration and have experience working with external vendors or auditors.

Lead all accounting month-end close activities. Oversee accounts payable operations. Provide oversight and partnership across customer billing and accounts receivable. Manage state registrations and related compliance requirements. Manage sales and use tax compliance and filings. Own annual 1099 filings. Partner with an external CPA firm to support tax filings. Manage company payroll. Lead preparation and coordination for the year-end financial audit.
