Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience Salesforce Certified Administrator 5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience At least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity Deep expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Practical experience with Marketing Cloud, CPQ and/or Experience Cloud strongly preferred Mastery of Flow and declarative automation patterns Strong understanding of when to use declarative vs. programmatic solutions Working knowledge of Apex/SOQL and Lightning Web Components concepts Proven release management experience using DevOps Center or comparable tools Solid sandbox strategy Strong data management skills Experience with enterprise integrations and AppExchange solutions is a plus Comfortable operating in an Agile/Scrum framework
