Maintain and enhance existing automations using declarative tools like Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes. Perform full lifecycle user administration, including managing Profiles, Permission Sets, and Roles. Support the controlled evolution of the Salesforce platform by configuring new features. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards aligned with business KPIs. Ensure Salesforce data quality and governance through validation rules and data controls. Deliver ongoing user training and create user guides and documentation. Understand business objectives and translate requirements into Salesforce configurations. Prepare the organization for Salesforce releases by reviewing release notes and testing functionality.
