Salesforce Administrator - Remote, Latin America

Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Highly self-motivated, organized, with attention to detail. Experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API. Experience with integrating with other systems is a plus. Ability to triage and prioritize projects, issues, and feature requests. Familiarity/comfort with Agile principles and SDLC.

Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable requests. Design, develop, and implement scalable custom solutions within Salesforce. Implement and maintain custom objects, fields, Flows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
