Proven experience as an in-house, full-lifecycle recruiter, ideally hiring commercial or GTM roles in a high-growth environment Strong understanding of sales and marketing hiring, including experience with structured sales methodologies or playbook-driven teams Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders Data-driven mindset, with confidence using recruiting metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse teams Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple roles in parallel without compromising quality Curious, commercially minded, and motivated to deeply understand the business context behind each hire
