Product Manager (IT Managed Services) (Remote from Texas)

3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer) within B2B technology or IT services Familiarity with Managed Services Provider (MSP) models, recurring revenue structures, or domains such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data/AI Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders Experience managing backlogs and roadmaps using agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed work environment Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Own and prioritize the tactical product backlog Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews Coordinate cross-functional product releases Act as the primary liaison for feedback from sales, support, and customers Collaborate with marketing teams to produce sales enablement materials Monitor product KPIs and analyze the MSP/MSSP landscape Support management of key technology partnerships
