Engineering Manager

Several years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a SaaS or scale up environment A strong engineering background and comfort engaging deeply with technical topics A proven track record of leading high performing teams through growth and change Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries Experience with modern backend systems such as Rust or Node.js and data heavy platforms is a plus Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial systems is a bonus; curiosity and learning mindset are essential

Lead and support multiple engineering teams through coaching, regular feedback, and clear growth paths Create the conditions for teams to deliver consistently and with confidence Partner closely with Product to shape priorities and execution Remove friction in processes, communication, and ways of working Hire and grow strong engineering teams across France and the UK Act as a thoughtful technical counterpart, able to challenge decisions and protect long term quality without being hands on
