Receive, triage, and respond to inbound requests from various parties via multiple channels. Assist with virtual care activities under clinician direction, including medical history, medication refills, and patient education. Assist with referrals, pharmacy questions, patient portal administration, and authorization of services. Answer calls and route incoming correspondence. Support patients and team members with video visit technology. Follow privacy policies and maintain confidentiality of protected health information. Perform administrative and operations duties as assigned.
