Requirements:
7–10+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or revenue leadership. Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding revenue targets. Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot). Experience operating within fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS environments. Deep understanding of cross-border payments, remittance, or diaspora-driven financial ecosystems (ideal). Experience building revenue functions within early-stage or high-growth companies (ideal). Background working across multiple international markets (ideal).
Responsibilities:
Develop, own, and execute end-to-end sales strategy. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline. Source, negotiate, structure, and close deals. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partnerships. Build channel partnerships. Develop and manage long-term ecosystem relationships. Lead customer acquisition initiatives. Establish customer success processes. Own and operate the CRM system. Design workflows, dashboards, and reporting for pipeline visibility. Implement data-driven forecasting.
