Senior Salesforce Software Engineer

Minimum 5 years Salesforce experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning components and Apex. Alternatively, 8 years experience with declarative development on Salesforce using Workflows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Flows, etc. 8 or more years of overall IT industry experience. Previous experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Some experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware. Knowledge of GIT and CI/CD is a must. Salesforce Certified Administrator. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. Bachelor's degree (computer science or equivalent preferred).

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions according to business requirements and goals. Work with a team of developers and follow Salesforce best practices. Perform code reviews. Help establish the scope and effort estimates for development. Ensure development projects meet business requirements and goals. Identify and resolve systems issues. Help leads or architects with technical documentation. Mentor developers blocked with any sprint tasks. Unit testing and demos. Propose new Salesforce solutions from recent releases and suggest industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to plan and execute project sprints.
