Salesforce Technical Architect

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture. Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including capabilities, limitations, and updates. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred. Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using Salesforce. Understanding of Generative and Agentic AI, and Agentforce. Experience using Salesforce AppExchange and add-on solutions such as Copado, AppOmni, and Checkmarx. Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com, including Sales, Service, Experience Cloud. Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they pertain to Salesforce. Demonstrated experience in Salesforce architecture with focus on Security, Identity and Access Management, Deployments & Release Management, Data Architecture, Integration with other systems, and use of Middleware Solutions. Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.

Lead the architecture and design for Salesforce solutions. Architect scalable single- and multi-org Salesforce strategies. Establish and evolve Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) best practices. Lead enterprise release management processes using Copado. Collaborate with security stakeholders and ISSOs to support Authority to Operate (ATO). Oversee Identity Management (IDM) and SSO configurations. Perform technical health assessments, org performance reviews, and capacity planning.
