Requirements:
2+ years of experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects. Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behaviour. Understanding of international sourcing principles. Rapport and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English (C1 and above). Fluency in Japanese (C2/Native).
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and lead the closing of vacancies as a project manager. Organize and moderate prompt communication within the hiring project team. Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels. Facilitate the design of assessment processes and tools. Assess competencies and values fit of candidates. Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages. Maintain project documentation and analytics. Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns. Provide excellent candidate experience. Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams. Manage projects mainly across Japan.
