Analytics Engineer, People Analytics

Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field. At least 4 years of SQL experience. At least 3 years of Python experience. At least 2 years of experience in data modeling. Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data warehousing and modeling platforms. Experience developing test automation and workflow orchestration. Experience reporting and querying cross-functional HR, People Analytics, or operational data. Experience with Git for version control. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred).

Develop SQL and Python pipelines extracting and transforming data from various sources via Fivetran. Maintain Snowflake/dbt data models, views, tasks, and transformations. Monitor pipelines, implement automated testing, and resolve data quality issues. Build dashboards and analytics solutions using internal tools (e.g., Looker). Codify business rules into models, transformations, and automated testing frameworks. Support day-to-day reporting and analytics.
