Requirements:
Experience as a Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant supporting multi-stakeholder, 2+ month, $50k ARR+ SaaS sales cycles in a team-selling motion. Developed deep product expertise across a suite of solutions. Mastery of clear communication, asking precise questions, and explaining complex concepts simply. Ability to build unique solutions and thrive in a fast-paced organization. Adept at creating and delivering tailored demos, adapting on the fly. Experience with HR or Talent teams. Familiarity with recruiting workflows & data in Applicant Tracking Systems (bonus). Demo infrastructure or demo engineering experience (bonus). Value engineering / consulting experience, building quantifiable business cases (bonus).
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with Mid Market Account Executives to secure technical and commercial wins. Develop deep product expertise and understand competitor offerings. Deliver personalized product demonstrations and facilitate product trials. Coordinate RFP responses. Translate customer feedback into product requirements. Craft compelling narratives to showcase product capabilities. Design repeatable processes for the solutions engineering team.
