Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred, ideally in a technical, scientific, or engineering discipline. 2+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Experience in a technical environment (Enterprise software, AI, or Computer Vision) is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Confident and energetic phone presence. Strong active listening skills. Self-motivated, tenacious, and resilient attitude. Strong time management, organization, and prioritization abilities. Familiarity and proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Strong interest in semiconductor technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Edge AI applications is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential customers and target accounts. Generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, email, social media, events). Understand prospect needs, pain points, budget, and authority (e.g., BANT). Articulate product value proposition in the context of semiconductor technology and Edge AI. Build rapport and educate prospects on product value. Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives. Track all lead activity and interactions in CRM. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams.
