At least 4 years of professional experience in entertainment and recreation services. Experience in roles involving personnel or operational data analysis, customer feedback application, scheduling, program planning, staff coordination, customer information provision, needs assessment, facility inspection, operational awareness, performance evaluation, continuing education, activity planning and supervision, staff support, recruitment, requisitioning, complaint resolution, liaison duties, disciplinary action, and staff training. Ability to participate in asynchronous work. F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects.
