Requirements:
At least 4 years of professional experience in entertainment and recreation services. Experience in roles involving personnel or operational data analysis, customer feedback application, scheduling, program planning, staff coordination, customer information provision, needs assessment, facility inspection, operational awareness, performance evaluation, continuing education, activity planning and supervision, staff support, recruitment, requisitioning, complaint resolution, liaison duties, disciplinary action, and staff training. Ability to participate in asynchronous work. F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop prompts for AI models relevant to the entertainment and recreation services field. Evaluate AI model responses. Deliver clear, structured feedback to strengthen AI models. Analyze and record personnel or operational data. Apply customer feedback to improve service quality. Assign work schedules. Collaborate with staff to plan programs and events. Direct and coordinate entertainment and recreation workers. Provide customers with information about events and programs. Communicate participant interests or special needs to staff. Inspect work areas and equipment for cleanliness and safety. Meet with managers to stay informed of operational changes. Observe and evaluate employee appearance and performance. Participate in continuing education. Plan, direct, and supervise recreational and entertainment activities. Support staff in performing complex duties. Recruit, interview, and hire staff. Requisition supplies and equipment. Resolve customer complaints. Serve as a liaison between management and activity leaders. Take disciplinary action. Train staff on operational procedures.
