Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Analysis, International Relations, Maritime Studies, or related fields. Experience in maritime-related research and analysis. Strong understanding of written products for customers and internal departments, with attention to a BLUF writing style. Experience with HUMINT cycle, Targeting and OSINT tools, smart technologies and solutions. Experience analyzing and supporting deployed systems. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with people across the globe in various timezones. Ability to work in ambiguous situations and maintain flexibility. Ability and willingness to use new technologies, tools, and software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
