Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. Associateship in the Society of Actuaries (ASA) or comparable designation. 7+ years of experience in actuarial consulting or financial analysis, preferably in the insurance/employee benefits/HR area. Expertise with actuarial modeling tools and financial analysis software (e.g., Claros) and advanced proficiency with Excel. Experience with VBA and SQL is a plus. Strong understanding of benefit plan design, risk management, funding methodologies, and applicable regulatory frameworks. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strategic thinking and advanced quantitative analysis. Client relationship management and presentation skills. Regulatory awareness and commitment to compliance. Leadership and mentorship abilities. Expertise with MS Excel handling large data sets and data validation best practices.
