Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience selling & implementing Data & Analytic solutions.
- Strategic consulting experience required.
- 5+ years of deep industry expertise in the Manufacturing industry (Supply Chain).
- Deep network of client contacts required.
- 5+ years in an Engagement Manager capacity with demonstrated success achieving $2M-$5M in managed revenue annually.
- Experience with cloud migration or cloud implementation projects in an AWS or Azure environment.
- Experience ingesting data from SAP modules or SAP/BW into a cloud data warehouse or data lake (AWS or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience meeting target margin goals.
- Strong relationships working with client executive leadership (C-suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write and present compelling proposals & SOWs.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading a team.
- Excellent people leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategy for data & analytic solutions.
- Manage full P&L responsibility for the practice.
- Drive year-over-year practice revenue and growth.
- Bring in a minimum of 1-2 new logos quarterly.
- Grow team members professionally.
- Build a practice leadership team.
