3-8 years management consulting or technology experience Strong interest in technology, including how it is used to drive business performance Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Systems thinking to understand complex business and technological ecosystems High attention to detail and ability to document business processes, systems, and summarize detailed analysis Project management experience – ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and execute against client timelines High degree of organization and ability to manage competing priorities, driving results across multiple projects, exercising influence without authority Value working in a fast-paced, iterative, high-energy environment Ability to navigate multiple levels of an organization, with comfort presenting to leaders, including C-Suite Ability to communicate effectively with clients across multiple mediums (email, phone, video, etc.) Agile, adaptive, and learning mindset Ability to work independently with confidence and adaptability, effectively navigating ambiguous situations and making sound decisions in evolving environments Collaborative working-style, with ability to self-motivate and execute Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
