Proven experience managing successful Payroll system implementation projects, preferably alongside an HR/WFM platform integration within a bureau/outsourced environment. Start up mentality and drive to build a solid payroll service. Working knowledge and understanding of processing UK payrolls, end-to-end. Deep understanding of UK payroll legislation is essential. Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. Understanding of Information Security quality standards and GDPR compliance. Comfortable with regular travel to UK client sites and London office.
