Senior Copywriter

6+ years professional copywriting experience 2+ years in senior-level creative roles (Creative Lead, Senior Brand Copywriter, or similar) Deep experience in scroll stopping headlines, video storytelling, and integrated brand campaigns (from concept through execution) Strong creative portfolio with high visibility, produced work (a portfolio link required) Ability to think strategically and conceptually while executing with detail and polish Exceptional communicator and presenter, adept at building strong relationships and influencing senior stakeholders Experience working in lean team structures, operating with autonomy/minimal oversight Ability to adapt brand voice across platforms and authentically adjust without losing the essence of the brand Ability to iterate swiftly and balance multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines, collaborate effectively across diverse teams, and adapt work hours to support global partnerships across different time zones Background in creative agency, brand, beauty, health/wellness, or CPG industries preferred

Own the creation of big ideas, stories, scripts and copy of all assigned projects. Lead and participate in creative work sessions and planning. Continue to build and authentically adjust brand voice across platforms and creative work. Leverage consumer insights to drive smarter, relevant, strategic thinking. Facilitate critical conversations and drive impactful outcomes. Work closely with Project Managers and creatives to keep projects on brand and on track. Collaborate with regulatory team for approvals and coordinate with translation agencies for global language versions.
