Requirements:
SHRM Certification Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 2 years serving in a generalist role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline Hands-on experience in remote or distributed work environments Strong knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws and regulations within the US Exceptional organizational capabilities with the capacity to juggle competing priorities and deliver on deadlines Skilled in using HRIS systems and various HR technology solutions Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership on talent retention strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development Oversee and enhance HR programs encompassing performance management, benefits administration, and employee engagement efforts Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for managers and employees regarding employment-related questions, HR procedures, and company policies Assist with payroll administration and work alongside finance on matters related to compensation Lead employee engagement programs and foster an inclusive, supportive remote workplace culture Handle comprehensive employee lifecycle management, from onboarding through offboarding and internal mobility, across various jurisdictions and time zones Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations in every US location where remote team members reside Support talent acquisition activities including candidate correspondence, interview coordination, and job posting management Keep employee records and HRIS information current and accurate; produce analytics and reports that inform business strategy Create and revise HR policies and employee handbooks to align with evolving legal standards and industry best practices
