Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MPH, MS, PharmD) strongly preferred Extensive experience in business development roles within medical communications, healthcare communications, or pharmaceutical communications agencies Experience in client-facing and opinion leader-facing roles Demonstrable track record of generating new business, leading pitches/RFPs, building long-term client relationships, and meeting revenue targets Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen Scientific literacy or familiarity with life-sciences/healthcare
