Support planning and prioritization of the quarterly new ingredient development roadmap. Define ingredient requirements and coordinate with Procurement, Sourcing, Food Safety, and Quality Assurance teams. Coordinate and conduct sensory tastings, assist with the evaluation and approval of new ingredients. Collaborate closely with Recipe Development, Menu Planning, Strategic Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. Ensure new and existing ingredients meet internal standards and customer requirements. Assist in evaluating all ingredient categories from introduction to customer feedback analysis. Document, develop, and optimize ingredient development processes. Support SKU maintenance and coordinate status changes.
