Responsibilities:
Develop and lead multi-SKU ad creative across the customer journey Craft and test messaging angles, formats, and frameworks Use customer reviews, performance data, and market trends to prioritize concepts Script VSLs, UGC and VO-led ads, short-form scripts, static ad copy/concepts, and motion briefs Ensure concepts are emotionally resonant, platform-native, and conversion-optimized Provide clear feedback to the in-house producer/editor team Collaborate on creator casting and brief development Recommend and iterate on workflow improvements and testing strategy
