3–7+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce, performance marketing, or creative strategy Proven experience driving growth through paid media creative Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok creative best practices Strong grasp of eCommerce metrics: CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, MER Ability to turn data and insights into actionable creative direction Experience writing emotionally resonant copy Experience in guiding creative teams Developed creative for DTC brands in wellness, personal care, pet, or similar spaces Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager data or performance feedback Can script, concept, and brief editors or animators
