Strong project management and organisational skills, paired with a data-driven working style. Fluency in English Demonstrable experience using AI tools across the TA lifecycle. Experience in Executive Hiring (Nice-to-Have). Recruiting experience in software/SaaS or commercial functions (Nice-to-Have). Proficiency with Ashby ATS (Nice-to-Have).
