Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or related field. Ability to travel 25-50% of the time. Proven experience in event planning and event marketing. Strong understanding of elevating event experiences and community engagement. Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and project management skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze marketing events and measure event ROI. Experience with budget management and negotiation. Creativity and ability to innovate. Proficiency in managing multiple projects. Experience with vendor management and supplier coordination. Ability to work cross-functionally. Understanding of Veterans and veteran experience strongly preferred.
