Own day-to-day execution of marketing and growth initiatives from kickoff to completion Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and dependencies using ClickUp Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively problem-solve to keep initiatives moving forward Continuously refine project management frameworks, tools, and templates Support the build-out of operating rhythms, campaign post-mortems, and process documentation Serve as the operational hub between Growth, Brand Creative, Performance Creative, Web/CRO, Affiliate & Influencer, Product and Operations teams Ensure all stakeholders have clarity on priorities, deliverables, and timelines Collaborate with Creative and Growth teams to manage production timelines, QA, and launch readiness Partner with the Director of Strategic Planning & Growth Ops to operationalize processes Manage and mentor team of Project Coordinators Oversee task delegation and capacity planning
