2+ years in product management for developer tools, DevOps platforms, or technical products with engineer end-users Deep understanding of developer workflows and tooling (git, CI/CD pipelines, IDE ecosystems) Platform thinking: Experience designing APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, or developer integrations Developer tooling expertise Independent operator: Proven ability to work autonomously AI/LLM systems experience preferred Product management fundamentals: Proven ability to learn from customers Startup mindset: Make decisions fast, iterate, and thrive in ambiguity
