Senior Product Manager Platform

Proven track record of product management success, particularly in platform development. Strong background in requirements discovery and presentations with end customers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Deep understanding of modern technology stacks and cloud services. Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the technology, enterprise software, or related industries. Experience in engaging directly with customers or end-users for gathering and evaluating product feedback. Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools. Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into successful products. Familiarity with developer ecosystems and understanding the needs of software developers.

Drive the development and enhancement of our platform to support SaaS and customer deployments. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including end-customers, to gather requirements. Lead the modernization efforts of our technology stack. Present requirements and solutions to internal and external customers. Identify roadblocks and provide practical recommendations for overcoming them. Define clear product requirements, high-level user stories/use cases, and success metrics. Drive the adoption of best practices in software development frameworks. Own the product backlog, prioritize feature development, and ensure timely delivery. Provide thought leadership and contribute to the broader product strategy.
