Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python) Strong understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, pipeline conversion rates) Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and present to senior leadership High attention to detail and comfort with large datasets Ability to travel (10%)
Responsibilities:
Analyze core revenue metrics (pipeline, bookings, retention, usage, ARR) Create and maintain executive-level dashboards Support the bookings forecast process and ensure CRM data integrity Refine predictive models for capacity planning and performance Partner with other Ops teams to unify data sources Provide data-driven insights for GTM planning (quota, territory, headcount) Measure impact of new processes and identify GTM process breakdowns Respond to high-urgency executive analysis requests
