Sales Operations Analyst

2+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, Business Analytics, or similar. Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization). Working Python experience (Pandas, simple ETL, API calls). Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, or custom scripts). Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and reporting. Ability to turn unstructured questions into actionable analyses. High attention to detail and a builder’s mindset. Comfort in a fast-moving, async, and feedback-rich environment.

Run analyses to uncover trends and guide sales strategy. Own dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Design and maintain automations to reduce manual work. Partner cross-functionally to translate business questions into data insights. Build and maintain pipelines to join data from various tools. Monitor data quality and build safeguards. Create playbooks and templates for recurring analyses.
