Business Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

Proven experience in writing SQL queries to extract data. Experienced with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. Strong interpersonal skills: communication, empathy, negotiation, teamwork, positive attitude. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytics with attention to detail and accuracy. Talent for translating user requirements into actionable deliverables. Eagerness to learn and help. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics (preferred but not required). Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages (R, Python, SAS etc.) (Bonus). Understanding of dimensional modeling, database architecture/warehousing, and/or other programming languages (Bonus). Experience working with marketers, software developers, and business analysts (Bonus).

Develop innovative solutions for client analytical/reporting needs. Provide custom analysis support through reports and dashboards using SQL. Create effective dashboards with helpful visualizations and KPIs. Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Investigate data discrepancies and holes. Approach work with an innovative mindset and seek improvements. Understand the underlying business need behind requests. Offer suggestions to enhance the core BI product offering.
