Director of Security

Extensive experience managing security teams, including people, resources, stakeholders, and security service management. Certified in cybersecurity management (e.g., CISSP, CISM). Understands leadership responsibilities and prioritizes execution of company-wide strategy. Experience in cyber security strategy management and implementation. Experience fostering a security culture. Proficient with security principles, technologies, and security engineering domains. Ability to clearly articulate security issues to all types of business stakeholders, including Board members. Ability to navigate through ambiguous problems in a hyper-growth environment. Excellent writing and communication skills.

Define, implement, and maintain security strategy, policies, goals, and requirements. Develop information security vision, strategy, and roadmap with senior leadership. Recruit and nurture the security team. Advocate for information security best practices and drive security awareness. Drive the security risk management program and enterprise risk management frameworks. Manage and improve Application Security initiatives. Build Security Incident Response processes and culture. Report on security risks, threats, incidents, and performance to top management. Drive security compliance requirements. Supervise the management and improvement of the ISMS.
