Senior Systems Analyst

Strong background in the Atlassian toolset, including Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management (JSM) Strong, hands-on experience in business requirements gathering and solution delivery, ideally within Agile delivery teams Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills Confident in engaging with and managing senior stakeholders and vendors Proven capability in mentoring and leadership

Configure, administer, and improve Confluence, Jira, and JSM, and related integrations Manage system environments, workflows, schemes, and automations Provide support and mentorship to peers, acting as escalation point Contribute to Enterprise Technology practices and standards Engage with stakeholders and delivery teams to understand, document, and communicate processes and requirements Analyze work requests, clarify audiences and intended outcomes Support Product Manager with delivery planning and backlog prioritization
