Senior Product Analyst (Payments)

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role. Strong understanding of accounts receivable workflows. Direct experience with payment processing (Stripe/Adyen etc.) is ideal. Netsuite experience is a must. Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers. Proven ability to analyze market data, competitive landscapes, and customer insights. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience in bringing complex software products from conception to launch. Experience working in agile development environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Own product roadmap, prioritize and manage requirements backlog. Translate business needs into technical requirements. Identify, analyze, and communicate risks and issues. Develop and execute test plans. Serve as the primary functional resource for the engineering team. Participate in daily ceremonies and manage key deliverables. Provide training and support materials for new features. Ensure documentation is thorough and accessible. Work with cross-functional teams to scope projects and manage timelines. Automate reporting and analytical tasks. Present findings and recommendations to leadership. Support data governance initiatives.
