Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, with a focus on enterprise software or product development. ERP experience is highly desirable, ideally within Netsuite. Payments/Embedded Payments experience is desirable, specifically within Treasury and Accounts Payable workflows. Experience translating complex treasury workflows and liquidity management needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications. Demonstrated proficiency in requirements modeling (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flowcharts) and using requirements management tools. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and working with technical teams. Ability to analyze and synthesize complex business information into meaningful executive summary reports. Ability to innovate, execute and deliver results. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal. Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field required.
Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, document, and manage detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for Treasury and Payment solutions. Tactically execute product requirements aligned to the roadmap, prioritizing and managing the backlog with the Product Manager. Map, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes, identifying gaps and AI improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Product Managers, SMEs, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment. Represent product in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, prioritization, and backlogs. Serve as the primary functional resource during design and development, clarifying requirements. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), gather feedback, and iterate on features. Develop and execute test plans and test cases. Create and maintain documentation, including process flow diagrams and solution design documents. Provide training and support materials for new features. Stay current with financial technology trends, AI/ML in finance, and regulatory compliance. Analyze and communicate risks and issues related to requirements, scope, and process changes.
