Requirements:
Native or near-native English proficiency Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies specifically supporting SEO and PPC campaign operations Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices Proven experience in agency client relationship management Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Ability to coordinate across teams and collaborate effectively Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement Experience with marketing project management and campaign coordination Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred) Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social media insights, or marketing automation software (Preferred) Experience working with external vendors, partners, and creative agencies (Preferred) Knowledge of budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor contract management (Preferred) Background in coordinating both online and offline marketing campaigns (Preferred) Demonstrated ability to research market trends and compile actionable insights (Preferred) Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) and PPC platforms beyond Google Ads (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular client communications Manage ongoing client projects from initiation to completion Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources Monitor client satisfaction levels Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects and campaigns Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners Assist in the preparation of campaign briefs, creative assets, and other project-related documents Oversee comprehensive client onboarding processes Manage Zoho Desk ticketing system Maintain detailed client project documentation and communication logs Track and analyze campaign performance metrics Investigate performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop actionable recommendations Prepare comprehensive performance reports Serve as a central point of contact for the marketing team Facilitate meetings Support cross-departmental collaboration Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners Review vendor contracts, process payments, and manage ongoing relationships Provide support on special projects and initiatives
