Requirements:

Identify, onboard, and motivate self-employed field consultants Provide regular coaching, training, and field support Develop a regional plan to drive merchant sign-ups Visit the field regularly to accompany consultants and help close deals Track and analyse sales performance Produce reliable regional forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance summaries Capture insights from the field to inform strategy
