Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience (or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience) in partnerships, channel management, account management, sales support, or similar roles. Experience supporting or managing Independent Contractors, affiliates, resellers, or external partners. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through abilities. Comfortable working collaboratively across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. Preferred: Background in fintech, payments, SaaS, or related technology sectors. Preferred: Experience with contractor networks, affiliate programmes, or field sales structures. Preferred: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Preferred: Ability to create training resources or partner-facing documentation.
