Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing, account management, sales or customer success role within mid-market or enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to develop strategies for satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Proactive use of AI to uncover insights and automate workflows.
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in enterprise organisations.
  • Strong ability to identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Comfortable using data and insights for decision-making and strategy development.
  • Ability to create and execute account plans that align customer goals with Gatekeeper’s offerings.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
  • Collaborate with customer teams for smooth onboarding and engagement.
  • Develop and execute customized account plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to proactively address customer issues.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Gatekeeper's product and VCLM domain.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor account health and identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within Gatekeeper, relaying feedback to product teams.
