Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing, account management, sales or customer success role within mid-market or enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to develop strategies for satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Proactive use of AI to uncover insights and automate workflows.
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in enterprise organisations.
- Strong ability to identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Comfortable using data and insights for decision-making and strategy development.
- Ability to create and execute account plans that align customer goals with Gatekeeper’s offerings.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
- Collaborate with customer teams for smooth onboarding and engagement.
- Develop and execute customized account plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to proactively address customer issues.
- Become a subject matter expert in Gatekeeper's product and VCLM domain.
- Use data and analytics to monitor account health and identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within Gatekeeper, relaying feedback to product teams.
